How do I know which size I am?
Unsure about your size? While you could try guessing in front of the mirror, we've got a better solution. Check out our handy Bad Habit size chart at the bottom of each product page for a perfect fit without the guesswork.

Do you restock your Polos?
At Bad Habit, we strive to keep our website up to date with our current inventory, ensuring you know exactly what's available for purchase. While we endeavor to restock our most popular items, please note that many of our polos are part of limited releases. This means we encourage you to act fast—once they're sold out, they're off to someone else's closet, not yours!

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Placed an order and need to make a change? The moment you confirm your purchase, we swing into action at our fulfillment center to get your order on its way. If your order is already being processed, it might be tricky to adjust or cancel it—but don't worry, we're on your team!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

What is your return and exchange policy?
Easily manage returns and exchanges through our online portal, available for all purchases made from our online store. We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are in new condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and components intact.

To initiate your return or exchange, ensure you have your order number and the zip code associated with the order. Simply click [here] to start the process. If you're returning multiple items from the same order, follow the specific instructions provided carefully. Each product may require a unique return label.

Important: Items must be returned using their specific return labels. Polos or products from different orders cannot be returned together. This policy helps us accurately verify returned items, ensuring you receive your refund promptly.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your returned package arrives back with us, we'll get to work on processing your return within 24-48 hours, not counting weekends and holidays. You'll receive an email confirmation once everything is finalized. If you haven't received this confirmation, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@badhabitgolf.com.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

Why isn’t my gift card code working?
We're sorry for the inconvenience! Sometimes, technical glitches happen. Please send us an email at support@badhabitgolf.com with your gift card code, and we'll swiftly resolve the issue for you.

Do you offer a military discount?
To thank our active military personnel for their service, we're proud to offer a 15% discount. Just email us at support@badhabitgolf.com, and we'll provide you with a discount code for your next purchase.

SHIPPING

What’s your shipping policy?
At Bad Habit, we understand how important it is for you to receive your gear quickly. Our fulfillment team works tirelessly to ensure your order is dispatched within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Here's what you can expect for delivery times, depending on the shipping method you select:

  • Ground Shipping: 8-10 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
  • International Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

After your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note, once an order is in the carrier's hands, we cannot control shipping delays.

If a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, a $10 fee will apply for the costs of reshipment. Our customer support team will reach out to confirm the correct address and facilitate the payment of this fee through your original payment method.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 USD in the United States and Canada. The subtotal, which qualifies you for free shipping, is calculated before taxes and any applicable duties. However, if you apply a discount code and the subtotal falls below $100 USD, the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. We're eager to help you secure free shipping whenever possible, so if there's any confusion or if your order subtotal exceeds $100 USD but free shipping isn't applying, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@badhabitgolf.com for clarification or assistance. 

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Accidentally entered the wrong shipping address? We understand that mistakes happen. While we can attempt to cancel the order before it's handed off to the mail carrier, it's often the case that orders are processed too quickly for cancellations. Once an order is placed, we're unable to alter the shipping address. If your order was placed just moments ago, contact our support team immediately at support@badhabitgolf.com. We'll do our utmost to cancel the order before it's too late, allowing you to reorder with the correct address.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirmation with all the tracking details. You can also access your order’s tracking information by logging into your account here.
