Hey there. We get it—sometimes you need a do-over. No worries, we've got your back with our hassle-free return policy. At Bad Habit, we offer a 45-day return and exchange policy. After receiving your item, you have up to 45 days to request a return. All returns and exchanges are free for orders shipped in the United States. You’re eligible for a return if the item is in the same condition that you received it: unused or unworn, complete with all tags, and must be in the original packaging. After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and ensure it meets our standards.All refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Email confirmation will be sent to you once it has been processed. Please be aware that banks and credit card companies have different policies for processing and posting refunds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@badhabit.com.
All exchanges will be processed once we receive the item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your newly requested item will be sent to you along with a tracking number.
